NedCash pays real money, so we work hard to keep it fair for everyone who earns honestly. Here is how it works, in plain language.
Where the money comes from
Advertisers pay our partner networks when a real person genuinely completes an offer. The partner pays NedCash, and NedCash pays you. If an advertiser takes the money back, the partner takes it back from us — that is the only reason a reversal ever happens.
What can trigger a reversal
- The advertiser issues a refund or chargeback.
- The completion did not meet the offer's stated conditions.
- The partner's systems flag the completion as fraudulent (emulators, a VPN location mismatch, a repeated device).
What we do
Exactly the points from that completion are deducted from your ledger — never more. Your Rewards history shows every reversal with the offer and the date. If your balance goes negative, future earnings fill the gap first.
What gets an account frozen
Pending a human review — and with the right to explain yourself to support:
- more than one account per person or device;
- VPNs, proxies or tools that hide or fake your real location;
- disposable or someone else's payout details;
- reversal rates far above normal;
- bots, scripts or other automation.
A freeze pauses cashouts while we look. It never deletes your history.
VPNs and proxies
Offers are priced and targeted by country. Completing offers through a VPN, proxy or any location-spoofing tool breaks that targeting and is treated as fraud, as it is under our Terms of Service.
Our commitments
- Every point movement is recorded in a ledger you can see.
- A reversal only ever mirrors a reversal from a partner.
- Every freeze is reviewed by a person.
- Disputes are answered with your actual history, not a form letter.
