Welcome to NedCash. By creating an account or using nedcash.com you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain how points, cashouts and reversals work.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), hold only one NedCash account, and give accurate information. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
2. How earning works
NedCash shows offers from third-party partners — games to reach a level in, apps to try and surveys to answer. When a partner's server confirms you completed an offer, the reward is added to your NedCash balance as points. Rewards reported by your browser alone are never credited.
3. Points
- 1,000 points = $1.00 USD. The rate shown on the Cashout page at the time you redeem is the one that applies.
- Points have no cash value until redeemed on NedCash, are not transferable, and are not a deposit, wallet balance or e-money.
- Rewards can appear as pending while a partner finalises them and become confirmed (spendable) once the partner confirms. We cannot confirm points a partner has not confirmed to us.
4. Reversals
If a partner reverses a completion (chargeback, fraud, or an offer that did not meet its conditions), the same number of points is deducted — even after confirmation. Your balance can go negative and is then settled by future earnings. See the Fair-Use & Anti-Fraud Policy.
5. Cashouts
- Each payout method has its own minimum, shown on the Cashout page.
- Every cashout is reviewed by a person before it is sent. Most are handled within 24 hours; this is a target, not a guarantee.
- You are responsible for entering the correct destination. Crypto sent to the address you provided cannot be recovered.
- We may ask you to verify your account before paying large or unusual requests.
6. Prohibited conduct
Multiple accounts, VPNs or proxies that hide or fake your location, emulators, bots or automation, completing offers with false information, abusing referrals, or exploiting tracking errors. Breaking these rules can lead to reversed points, a frozen account or closure.
7. Referrals
You may invite friends with your referral link. Referral rewards are only earned on genuine, separate people; self-referrals and referral farming are prohibited.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Confirmed, legitimately earned points above the minimum of a payout method will be paid out on closure, unless they are forfeited under the Fair-Use & Anti-Fraud Policy.
9. No income promises
NedCash is not employment, gambling or an investment. What you earn depends on the offers available in your region and on your own activity.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the value of your confirmed point balance.
11. Changes
We will tell you about material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: contact@nedcash.com.
